If you didn’t think there was going to be enough humor in the upcoming Marvel film, Spider-Man: Homecoming, then you’ve got your wish for more. EW has confirmed that stand-up comedian Hannibal Buress has joined the cast of the next Spider-Man film as yet another reboot of the very popular superhero is taking place. The new reboot already has an all star cast, with Tom Holland as Spider-Man/Peter Parker, you can see him in Captain America: Civil War and Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man/Tony Stark. It was also learned recently that Michael Keaton will be portraying the villain of the film in this go around of a high-school aged Spider-Man.
With production just getting under way in Atlanta, this news is exciting, but it also raises a lot of speculation. Yes, it’s exciting that the film will be coming out in just a little over a year, but do we really need another Spider-Man film? We know the story, it’s been done so many times, so why not just bring Spider-Man into the fold and leave it at that.
Spider-Man: Homecoming will be hitting theaters on July 7, 2017 is it a film your excited about?
