The San Diego Comic Con news is starting to pour in as it’s less than a month away finally! With just over three weeks to go until the event begins, it’s no shock that some big news is hitting the web about what will be shown by different companies both on the floor and in panels. From the announcement of various television shows and films that are planning on being at the convention this summer. Some of the biggest announcements come from Nickelodeon and Warner Bros. regarding Suicide Squad. This year’s event is going to be big, with tons of stars and oodles for fans to see and do.

To list some of the big announcements that have been released for SDCC, let’s start with the big announcement from Warner Bros. During this years event, Warner Bros will be taking over San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel, transforming it into the infamous Belle Reve penitentiary. Full of everything Suicide Squad, fans will be able to take part in a live-action virtual reality experience, get Harley Quinn inspired tattoos and take photo ops in a Belle Reve jail cell. With this news and the news that the cast will be there for a panel in Hall H and be taping an appearance on “CONAN”, fans are ready for Suicide Squad to take over Comic Con this years.

But that’s not the only news about SDCC! Nickelodeon will also be at the event this year promoting their classic ‘90s shows. Opening the archives, Nickelodeon will be bringing Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Legends of the Hidden Temple and more to San Diego Comic Con, with chances for fans to experience Legend of the Hidden Temple challenges and much more at the Nickelodeon booth. It’s all about the nostalgia this year when it comes to Nickelodeon’s booth in the main hall. But it doesn’t stop at the booth, with panels and special guests being announced for the killer, retro event.

The news just seems to keep pouring in, with Shout! Factory unveiling loads of goodies for the weekend and Amazon announcing they will be returning to the event with their show The Man in the High Castle.
