Star Wars: The Force Awakens is finally coming to Blu-ray and DVD! Are you ready to bring the exciting adventure that dominated at the box office home? For those who want the film as soon as possible can download the film on Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on April 1, but those who wait just a little bit longer will get their waits worth on April 5, when the Blu-ray combo pack and DVD are released.
Not only will there be awesome deleted scenes included on the combo pack, but there will be a multitude of extras that will make you all the more excited. The list goes on, beginning with a special feature titled “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” which will cover the complete story behind the making of The Force Awakens. Then there’s “The Story Awakens: The Table Read” which includes cast members reflecting on what it was like when they first started working on the film. Then there’s “Building BB-8”, “Crafting Creatures”, “Blueprint of a Battle: The Snow Fight” and “ILM: The Visual Magic of the Force”. Each of these gives unique ways to look into the background of Star Wars and how the film was created from start to finish. Then we finish with “John Williams: The Seventh Symphony”, a look into his work on Star Wars and The Force Awakens and “Force For Change” covering how the fans of Star Wars helped others around the globe.
