Get ready Once Upon a Time fans! Two new popular Disney characters are heading to the show mid-season, confirmed by EW. Jonathan Whitesell and Kacey Rohl will be joining the cast of OUAT as Hercules and Meg, the stars of Disney’s 1997 animated movie Hercules. The pair will appear first in episode 13, “Labor of Love” and for now, that is the only confirmed episode.

The storyline of the characters seems to fit pretty close to the animated film that brought the characters originally from Greek mythology to Disney. Hercules is a young man, determined to become the greatest hero of all time, while Meg is an adventurer who has recently been trapped in a dungeon. Fans are definitely trying to guess what the storyline will be, and why these two characters are being brought into the picture, but if they are brought in, will their villain follow closely behind?
Who wouldn’t want to see Hades portrayed on OUAT, but who would play him? Don’t miss Once Upon a Time on ABC every Sunday at 8 p.m. PT.
