Game of Thrones season seven has been hiring some big names and the news has reached us that yet another great actor has joined the cast. Angela Lansbury has been rumored to be joining the cast of season 7, even if it’s for a short time.After HBO announced that Jim Broadbent, an award-winning actor known for his role in the sixth Harry Potter film, was to join the cast, fans got excited about who he will be playing. Although we still don’t know who he will be playing officially, it’s exciting to hear Lansbury might be joining him on Game of Thrones next year.
According to a German outlet called Bild, Lansbury will be guest starring in two episodes, in which she’s playing an unknown character. It’s unknown if this is an official casting choice yet, but we could only imagine great things coming from Lansbury if she was indeed cast in the show. Rumors even suggest that she was recommended for the role by actress Diana Rigg, who you know as Olenna Tyrell on Game of Thrones.
