In the newest trailer from Disney’s upcoming Alice Through the Looking Glass we are given a bit more plot details. With the films release coming closer and closer, we become even more impatient for the sequel to the successful Alice in Wonderland film from 2010. The newest film is set to directed by James Bobin, continuing the theme that Tim Burton began six years ago. With most of the same cast returning and with additions joining the cast as new characters to create havoc in Underland.
In the newest trailer, the Hatter is in trouble, which we’ve known since the first trailer was released, but now we know that his father is sick and it’s all because of Time himself. We also see the Alice’s mother is trying to institutionalize her after her adventures, but she escapes. The entire trailer has the new P!nk cover of “White Rabbit” giving the new film a punk feel mixed with the fantastical world of Underland. The Jabberwocky is back, along with the Red Queen and it’s time for chaos to reign in Underland, unless Alice can fix what’s been thrown out of whack.
