After much anticipation and what feels like forever waiting, we finally get a glimpse at the next, big film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The first trailer for Captain America: Civil War has made its debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live and looks absolutely amazing! The film is filled with everyone’s favorite super heroes, with new heroes entering the fray as Captain America and Iron Man face off for what they each think is right.
The plot seems simple enough, which is a trend the MCU films seem to be having as of late. The government wants to put limitations on the Avengers and the good ole Captain doesn’t agree with these new rules. Sadly, Tony (a.k.a. Iron Man) is siding with the government in this face-off, but it’s interesting to see who sides with who from the Avengers team itself. So far we see Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and the newer Avengers teaming up with Steve while War Machine and a new hero join Iron Man as they fight back.
Who is this new hero? It’s one that we’ve been waiting to see in the MCU: Black Panther. It looks like he’s siding with Tony, but we won’t be able to be absolutely sure until we get more (which we’ll be waiting for impatiently).
