Harry Potter fans have a lot to be excited about with the upcoming release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them coming in November. To spur that excitement even more, Warner Bros. has released a featurette, highlighting this new character Newt Scamander. This featurette might not be very long, but it features brand new scenes that haven’t been released in trailers prior to this one. Newt Scamander lives in the same world as Harry Potter and all of our other favorite characters that we’ve grown up knowing. The “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” book is actually a textbook in the Harry Potter series that they use during one of their classes at Hogwarts. J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series, states in this featurette that she became very familiar with the character of Newt Scamander as she thought more about him during her time with Harry and the gang.

That thought process and familiarity with Newt is what created the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It’s amazing to see what a different world it is in America, especially how they act compared to the more familiar wizarding world we’ve seen in the United Kingdom. The new world we’re going to be able to experience will be exciting and fun, allowing fans to revisit the wizarding world we love, while getting something new out of it.

Check out the featurette below and get ready for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, in theaters this November.
